How can I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent through certified cheque, money order, online banking or pre-authorized payment. Contact your site administrator for more information.

Why is tenant insurance so important?

Your householders insurance protects and covers the contents of your apartment and in the event of a fire or floor, which forces you to vacate the apartment for an extended period of time, your householders insurance will cover your alternative accommodation costs while the apartment is being restored and will pay for the damages to the apartment if the case of the damage is deemed to be the result of your negligence. If you do not secure householders insurance and your apartment is damaged as a result of your negligence, you will be personally liable for all costs incurred to restore the apartment to a habitable condition.

Where can I get tenant insurance?

Contact your bank as most will be able to provide tenant insurance. Other options include bundling it with your car insurance, or online brokers like Sonnet Insurance.

How do I submit a work order?

You can submit your work order online through the Rentcafe Portal. To register for the portal please contact your site administrator or email hres@hr-pm.com with your name, building, suite number and email address to receive a link for set up.

I can’t login to the portal?

If you forget your password, follow the prompts to reset it. If you are registering and it won’t allow you to, please be advised only leaseholders are able to register for the portal. For more information contact your site administrator or email hres@hr-pm.com for more information.
