H&R Property Management is proud to announce receipt of the full building permit and commencement of construction of the new rental housing units at 62 Dixfield Drive in Etobicoke. The proposed new 3 story development will comprise 42 rental units adjacent to our 141 unit building at 70 Dixfield Drive. Expected occupancy Winter 2023.
As part of this site intensification the underground garage was also recently renovated and expanded along with additional above ground parking being constructed.
